Oscar meets with his clients first to get to know them and to understand what their needs are
on the project. He listens to their ideas in order to get a better understanding of what they
really want and to explain the steps of the whole process. He also walks the property with the
client to evaluate the environment and surrounds. This helps Oscar begin creating their
unique design.
Throughout the design and construction phases Oscar maintains communication with his
clients and frequently calls and checks in with them on the progress of the work. He is always
available during the construction phase for any questions.
